First time Sockapalooza-er!

Hi All!
I am a first timer, and very excited to begin knitting for my pal! I have been checking out fun sock yarn sites to get a wide variety of ideas for patterns and yarns so that I can be a little ahead of the game once I get my pal! I can't wait to get started!!!
